DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS, THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ALL SKINCARE AND COSMETIC ITEMS REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE ITEM HAS BEEN OPENED OR NOT AND USED OR NOT. Please select these items carefully.

We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise
that has been opened and/or partially used. This also includes opening the
plastic cellophane wrapping of perfume/cologne box.

Returns will not be accepted 20 days after the shipping date.

Returns will be not be accepted for samples.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee when the purchase or shipment was due to customer error.

Any returned merchandise received in our warehouse without a proper authorization by ScentedMonkey.com is not eligible for refund or credit.

If the purchaser wishes to return an item, which was unused and unopened, he or she is responsible for the shipping cost for the return.

All credits and refunds are subject to approval by ScentedMonkey.com.

Shipping charges will be the purchaser’s responsibility, except in the case it is an error on the part of ScentedMonkey.com.

Prior to any international returns, you must contact us to authorize the return and provide the best possible way to process the return.

If a return is authorized, please retain all postal and insurance receipts for your records.

If a coupon was applied toward the payment of your purchase, you will receive a refund or credit for only the portion of the purchase that you were charged for.  If you have any questions regarding our return procedure or policy please feel free to contact us at customerservice@scentmonkey.com.
